Captis3 is a business-to-business platform used by employees of registered organisations. If you are a user of the Captis3 mobile app and would like your personal data deleted, you may submit a request as outlined below.
You can request your personal data be deleted through the mobile app. Navigate to the Settings page and select the "Delete My Data" option, and then confirming.
Alternatively, if you no longer have access to the mobile app please contact your organisation's Captis3 administrator to initiate a deletion request on your behalf.
If neither of those are an option for you, you may email support@captis3.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email address used for your account. We will then seek verification with your organisation's Captis3 administrator and proceed appropriately.
Upon verification of your request:
Captis3 retains anonymised trip data at an organisational level for reporting and analytics purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you.
We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business compliance purposes.
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Account access is removed immediately upon confirmation.
To protect your privacy, we will verify that the request originates from your registered email address or has been authorised by your organisation administrator.
